Rental Policies

The captain must be at least 25 years old and either have a birth date before July 1, 1996, or possess a valid boater’s safety certificate.

All operators must adhere to lake regulations and strictly follow all navigational buoys.

Captain/Renters are required to sign a formal use and liability contract prior to departure.Â

The pontoon is strictly for cruising and relaxation; it is not equipped or permitted for use in tow sports. i.e. tubing or skiingÂ
